Are they worried about inventory changing or items getting discontinued? "Not at all," says Gunn. "We've been making some of these recipes for many years. Although it's true that items come and go, it's been our personal experience that most of the items have stayed consistent over the years. We do offer substitution ideas in case an item is discontinued, and that's part of the cooking adventure. We hope fellow foodies find it equally fun to come up with new variations on our recipes."
